About
Pocket Lap started as a group chat where a few of us kept trading screenshots of whatever we were playing on the bus. At some point the recommendations got too good to keep private, so we turned them into a small site with proper write-ups.
We focus on the stuff that runs in your pocket: racers, arcades, casual pick-up-and-play titles and the occasional deeper adventure. Everything we cover, we install and actually finish a decent chunk of before saying anything.
Games get picked based on what people around us are playing and what pops up in the store charts, plus tips from readers. We don't take money to feature a title, and we ignore press kits that promise us the world.
The goal is simple: help you spend twenty minutes on something fun instead of downloading, hating, and uninstalling three games in a row.
